I wore the hat for Halloween. It was so nice that my co-worker asked if she could have it after the holiday (I'm not normally a hat wearer, but she is :-)

It was on Holiday list, so recepient recieved 2 different hats. Liked this one more. And is continuing to wear it.

I've got a few Trilbeys of various fabrics and brands and this one is my most light and comfortable to wear . It feels like it's made from cotton , both inside and out when outside in the heat . You must decide if that's good or bad for you personally with all these new fangled weaves and blends of fabrics . I like it though I'd bet the hat will weigh a ton if I get caught up in a downpour .Others have complained theirs arrived in just a bag or something but mine arrived in a box and had a plastic hat shaper inside as well as it being wrapped in a bag that was attached tight enough to make the hat stay firmly against the shaper and had bubble wrap in the box to keep the hat from touching the box anywhere or allow normal bumps and drops to damage the thing . Amazon delivery left it out in the rain and the box was soaked but when I opened it the product inside the bag was desert sand dry .The size in the description says "about 7 1/4 " and I've got a hat stretcher to bring it to the 7 3/8 I wear but I didn't need to stretch it at all. It's probably closer to 7 7/16 than 7 1/4 , which will be perfect for winter time wear when I let my hair grow out .I got this one for the price as a spare but it turns out it's my new daily wearer .For the price paid if it gets crushed and the creases don't come out I'm ok with that .If you're looking for a comfortable beater Trilby this one is worth a serious look .

I was expecting something flimsy/cheap costume-like. This seems very high-quality, and proud to be seen in it!

Well being bald has it's pros and cons! Pro being no bad hair days! Con being the dreaded sun burns! Regular ball caps give me a headache and beanies are seasonal, so I've been looking for alternatives and finally found exactly what I've been looking for! This hat keeps my head from getting burnt and makes me look good all at the same time. Was nervous about receiving a damaged hat in an envelope but I must have an UPS driver that cares because the package was in fine shape along with the hat! The hat form inside the hat did it's job and gives me something to rest it on when I'm not wearing it! Good hat for every occasion!

This was a birthday gift for my son in law and he loved it. It fits perfect. The only thing I didn’t like is that feathers are too small compared to the picture.
