Noise level
Works well and does the job, just surprised just how noisy it is but this is a minor downside

Amazon customer service not helpful
Item arrives and it doesn't work. The cord plug doesn't fit in the outlet. It seems it's been made a few millimeters to small to fit the standard European outlet. The problem is that Amazon makes it very complicated to get the money back as they are expecting you to be able to have a acses to a printer to be able to send back the product. Now I have to try to find time in my very busy schedule to go to a print shop to able to send it back. This is really annoying as the reason I bought this online in the first place was to save time.
