YUM! I want to drink this all day!
I have this set up to auto ship every two weeks and am thoroughly addicted to the Blackberry-Cherry flavor. This stuff is SO GOOD that I have to resist the urge to drink it all day! I use two scoops in a shaker bottle and approximately 18 - 24 ounces of water, and then I dilute it with additional water as I sip during workouts. It mixes well and does not leave a weird aftertaste like some other BCAA formulas I have tried.

Packaging Needs an upgrade
This tub arrives not even halfway full. What a total waste of plastic!!!!!! Fill up the tub or use a smaller tub. Do better!

The best tasting bcaa’s out there
Literally tastes like real strawberry lemonade. Flavor alone has me hooked.

Too Sweet for Me
I have been using BCAA's after long workouts or runs. I decided to try out this new brand. The previous brand I used calls out the specific amount of each ingredient. I don't like how the Supplement Facts doesn't show the breakdown of Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine and instead just shows there are 3.5 g of BCAA's. It mentions the 5:1:1 ratio, but why not just show the breakdown by amino acid on the dietary information? Also, the strawberry lemonade flavor is too sweet and really strong.

I actually recently purchased this and then had the option to get this through Vine. I like it. I workout 5/6 days a week and use my BCAA everyday. I use it on my days off as well. I was really intrigued with the strawberry lemonade flavor. It was pretty good. It mixes really well, but I would not say I get strawberry lemonade. It is still good, but it is just not the flavor I was wanting. I have two and will use both. I would purchase again. I do think they need to work on the flavoring a bit more to match the flavor description.
