Just being rated up to ten miles per hour alone makes this thing far better than it's competitors as it allows for both far faster usage, but because of that rating lower speed usage will promote a much longer lifespan.On top of this it guards your safety by having a side rail that prevents unwanted extremities from getting caught. As well as a teather you can attach to your clothes that stops the treadmill when you are nearing falling off! And if that isn't enough for you, the hand rails also allow you to take some initiative in preventing harm. You also get the ability to alter your angle of use during usage or before as it slowly adjust to whatever setting you engage. Anywhere from five degrees to fifteen degrees! Giving you a bit more of a challenge to match your high speed options. Moreover, you have a whole plate full of options in front of you at all times with more specific adjustments to speed and angle. On top of flat settings like 5-15 degrees as well as 3-6-9 miles per hour! As well as both a pause and stop button if you are done or plan to continue after a break! You also have a cup holder and phone slot to use as you please! The next biggest thing is the large screen that displays all the information you might need alongside buttons to change what information is displayed on it! My sister loves this thing. She is always on it. I bought it because people said it was quiet. It's not. But it works. I tried to dismantle it to put lube in, but I couldn't figure it out even with the pictures.

Builded like a tank, solid, lots of options for speed and incline. Did lots of research for 6 months before I chose this awesome machine. Very, very easy to set up. I am a 80 year old man 150 lbs. After the UPS delivery workers put it in the room I wanted. I took it out of the box by cutting the front part of the box and rolled it out by raising one end of the box. Just a piece of cake. I changed my mind a dozens times before I picked this one great machine. Charles

My husband the tread mill. He is right at the maximum weight and he finds it durable and easy to setup. No problem adjusting to not having an arm rail. It works well and he would purchase the product again.

This treadmill is super convenient and easily fits into a condensed or open floor plan. Fit it under your standing desk or add it to your home gym. You won't be running on this device as it only goes up to 4mph (brisk/fast walking). However, this is perfect for simulated rucking or just getting in your daily steps. The beeps may be a little loud, but as someone that uses it at 5am with the full house, it has not woken anyone up. Note: If you require a wide supporting walk path, consider another treadmill, but this one is ideal for beginners or pros.
