Disappointed - Unibic Biscot
Had bought this when newly launched on an offer price to promote as it contained cinnamon and was truly tasty and puffy, unfortunately this time, with this batch, the experience has been disappointing. Lacking taste, raising agents proportion as an ingredient is flawed making biscuits too hard and flat.Among positives, excellent packaging with reinforced plastic shield in the international look cardboard carton so that the extra long biscuits don't break in transit.Am not even mentioning anything on the pricing but atleast ensure thorough quality checks are done before a batch is rolled out for public consumption.Overall the initial launch taste has changed making this below average, lack in consistency and quality dip. Kindly look into to reinstate the customer trust.
