My 8 year old granddaughter was SO VERY PLEASED with this item. Well made. Dryer blows cool air and flat iron has a light to advise it is on…NO HEAT. PLEASE be sure to purchase at least 4 AA batteries…not sure if box states use of batteries. Would absolutely recommend.

Dryer defective / dont waste your money
This was a gift for my daughter for her 3rd bday. She loves to do hair like her stylist mama. She immediately went for the blow dryer, so I went to put batteries in and one of the connection ports is not even there. So, it doesn't work. I didn't see any complaints about this in reviews and all reviews were in fact positive, hence me buying. My daughter plays with this set daily and I cant just take it away now to return it. There is no place to contact this company direct via Amazon. Pretty disappointing. Buyers beware, Chinese garbage.
