Best thing about these patches was the packaging.
I was very interested to find out if these patches would really help with sleep problems so placed and order.Yes they arrived quickly & were well packedThe first & subsequent nights the patches did nothing to help me sleep. In fact I spent more time trying to keep the patches on me than sleeping.For me they were a complete waste of time & money.

The patches are quite large and thick. I've used them each night for the last week. At this stage I'm not entirely convinced they are helping.
