I love it! I didn't even know that it comes with a chalk marker and rag (such a pleasant surprise)... it was easy to write on and wipe off by wetting the rag and the marker wrote very smoothly!

I loved the look of this chalkboard and had the easiest writing surface to use and clean with liquid chalk. However, the stand was a little off kilter and poorly constructed. It broke within 3 months, in spite of careful handling for my business.
