Very well designed and very comfortable on the head. Must buy to replace elaastic headbands that come with the original headset. Very good fit and feels snug and light on the head. Adjustable

Easy to put it on and remove
Love it, its much better to put it on and remove it compared with the strap that comes with the meta quest. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who's looking for a easily wearable strap.
