ZeroWater 12 Cup Pitcher with Filter, Travel Tumbler + 1 Extra Filter and Free Water Quality Meter Combo Pack

I’ve had this filtration system for less than two months and I’m already on my 3rd filter because EVERY filter will eventually leave your water with a weird sour taste after a few weeks, even when the read out is still showing 0.00. I’ve never had this with any other water filter. I believe it’s a ploy to get you to replace (buy) filters more frequently than you really need to (again, the read out still shows 0.00). I looked on line and found message boards with other people complaining about the same thing. I would not recommend.

This is the best pitcher and the best water you will ever get within the convenience of your own home's refrigerator. I've positioned the pitcher on the tallest shelf and the spout is right there for me to use. Simple! The water is delicious and I can either purchase the replacement filters online or at a local store. No need to ponder over which filter system to buy into. Zero is the one, folks!

Seriously. The pitcher came with two filters. Within the first week of using this pitcher, I noticed the freshly brewed coffee in the coffee pot was oddly cloudy. It tasted awful and I had to dump it. I thought it was the coffee as it was a new can. Opened up another new can and had the same issue so thinking it was a bad case/batch I bought another brand completely, freshly ground at a different store. Same thing happened. We realized then that it was the water which we had been filtering through the pitcher. So we put in the new filter and within 3 weeks, this filter did the same thing. I'm afraid to even think of what I ingested using this product. What a waste of money!

I received my Zero water pitcher on 7/5/2018 and I replaced the filter today 8/28/2018 I was spending approx. $20 per montly on bottled water. The Zero pitcher is much cheaper than bottled water and less plastic to discard. However, the only complaint is the starter filter released so many granules in the water, but did not filter them into the pitcher of drinking water.

I have been using this pitcher for several years and have seen the design changes to the spout as a result of responding to customer concerns. Well done, Zero Water people. The water is so clean coming through the 5 stage filter that I use it in my CPAP instead of buying distilled water. Also it can be used for irons, humidifiers, steam mops, and anything where hard water build up can be a problem. No worries with the TDS meter included. You can be assured that nothing but pure water gets through the filter. Plus, the water tastes great. No chlorine smell, no white flakey residue at the bottom of the ice water glass. Great product from a great company.

Good value on the pitcher and portable cup. The pitcher does filter water very well but the design is awful. It spills water everywhere when you pour from the end. It spills from the sides when putting in the fridge because it's too tall to go on the shelves so you have to put it in the door. It fills very slowly when going through the filter but seems to get better over time. My wife now refuses to use it. The lid falls off when taking it in and out of the fridge. It's more trouble than it's worth. She does like the portable bottle.

I want Zero business doing well, I tried all other filter brands, only Zero can do no others can. Especially the customers who use electric hot water dispenser like me, never has to clean mineral buildups every 3 months again, no more worry of reheating water too often would makes water toxic. Majority of Asian customers use this water dispenser and all of them should buy Zero once they know what benefits it can bring.

This bundle is fantastic for the price. I highly recommend it and I like the fact that it comes with a meter that can tell you the parts per million particles or chemicals in water and what this company can produce with Zero Water filters.

Do not waste your money on this product. Really expensive to replace filters, unhelpful company and water stinks of fish due to chemical reaction. I bought a Berkey Water Filter after a couple of months which I am very happy with.

The product is ok and it arrived on time. The portable bottle was not that good though, I needed it to take it tom my job and it got broken in two places after falling from half a meter, so obviously the plastic is not that good. I had to fix it with some super glue and it is resisting. Then back home I tried with the meter and it was already showing 8 ppm after 2 weeks of use! This time I will take the meter with me and verify it the water there is that bad or is just the filter. The big one is ok, but the water at home it's fine as well (42 ppm). But I really was needing the small one more, I found it a good idea for travelling so I don't know if it's not good or I was unlucky.

I have been using it for 5 months and black thingy accumulated on the top That I don't know how to get rid of.There was a difference in taste but I don't taste it every time. Not sure why. What I did't like is that I have to wait until the upper unfiltered water went through filtering to be able to pour water. Otherwise dirty water was coming from the upper compartment. All other features seems to be oke.

Guys I’m absolutely serious. What I write down here. I love this product, an irregular thing what I don’t like, with the the filter, his durability, if you have a heavy water with 300-310ppm You can not use one filter more than 3 weeks unfortunately, but it’s amazing and heathy. I know guys you’re serious and You’re doing the best, much better than the others!!!! Just one little problem🙈. I’m absolutely not recommending the BRITA filters. Brita is fake I don’t know how it works the oders. My water from the tap cames out without particles, but when I pour through that filter was new one (Brita from Sainsbury shop) cames out much dirtier. Unbelievable I was shocked. and I’ll show you the prove in the pictures to follow it. I highly recommend the Zero Water filters, much much better than the other companies!!!!!♥️♥️Thank you U.S.A

great product live in very hard water area water is now very clear ,and drinkable, i would highly recommend this water filter
