I’m not the most knowledgeable when it comes to matcha quality, but I’ve been making my own matcha at home for a few months and found this one recently. I love the way it tastes in a latte. I feel that it’s fairly vibrant green, which I’ve learned is an indication that it’s good quality. I think the matcha had a smooth flavor, but I was still able to taste it over the milk & sweetener. Not very earthy/bitter which is my preference. I used about 3.75 grams in my latte with some maple syrup & milk. The only negative is that mine came without the metal top, but everything else was securely packaged!

ive written a five star review for this powder last time. I ordered it again and was disappointed. the price range for this matcha is not cheap at all but i decided to repurchase this powder since i really enjoyed it. First of all, it came in a different package and I noticed a difference in the color. It was not as bright as it was. the powder also had more texture and was not smooth at all it kept sinking down in my matcha and I could feel the powder in my mouth and throat when i was drinking it..(chalky and almost felt like fine sand) I took a comparison pic from the last batch I got. (I kept the empty tin so i had to scrape some out). The top is the last batch the bottom is the powder I just received u can see the grittiness. Overall, the taste itself is pretty similar but it feels like the quality just dropped and it is really unpleasant to drink textured matcha. Feels like a waste of money. Don’t think I will repurchase from now on unless they fix the formula back.

This powder is a vibrant green and has a creamy taste! Great for beginners.

I’ve been a matcha girl for many years.I can truly say this is one of the smoothest, creamiest, most delicious Matchas I’ve had yet.I usually make lattes with it.Didn’t expect much just because I try new Matcha all the time, never sticking with just one brand.And I’m OK with that because I truly enjoy all the different flavors and depths Matcha provides.But for the first time, I can honestly say I will definitely re-purchase.

Color and flavor is good, it has a nice umami flavor, i like how its still holds a nice strong flavor even after adding milk HOWEVER it leaves a chalky feeling in your mouth and throat. First sip i could just feel the powder in my throat and it made me cough. I whisk traditionally too mind you. I made a few adjustment by adding water, whisking longer, checking my whisk etc but it was still the same. Its my 4th day drinking it and its still the same chalky matcha. Would not repurchase. Also for the price? Not a good value for money.

The quality of this matcha is outstanding! It's so silky and smooth and blends extremely well. Taste is fresh and earthy with no artificial taste to it. I've used it now in both water and oat milk and it's great in both. Love so much, will be ordering more!
