I installed four of these on my house and including the micro SD cards (for video storage), I was able to do so for around 100 bucks. I love the app and Wyze doesn't require a subscription or paid cloud storage. The app is easy to use and I can access the video on it that is stored on the micro SD cards I inserted to each camera. The 64gb cards provide about 2.5 days of footage.Installation required running power cord extenders (sold separately) through my attic and I fished them through holes in the overhangs outside. Installation might need a professional if you cannot do these things! The camera need a wire supplying power. The signal is over your WiFi. Each camera came with all the parts I needed except the extension cords which I bought to length for what I needed and the micro SD cards.The HD on the cameras is good enough and all four work well on my WiFi. I live in a brick/cinder block house so WiFi outside has been an issue but not with these cameras. I did not need a WiFi extender. The cameras also have speakers you can use over the app and an alarm. I am very happy with these cameras!

We use this in our church lobby to monitor for those coming in for nefarious purposes, like rifling through jacket pockets. The reasonably clear image, and the notification versatility help a layperson monitor the lobby. The subscription cost is reasonable and offers various levels of detail options. The company seems service oriented and is North American based.
