Perfect Replacement!
I bought this beater as a replacement for my old one that finally wore out and it is great. I like the silicone "flap" on the sides because it scrapes the side of the bowl. The price was competitive, too and it fits my Kitchenaid mixer perfectly.

Good for mixing that scrapes the bowl with each revolution. You'll still want to occasionally adjust the mixer settings so it scrapes properly.

This does fit my artisan mixer but it sounds like a seal slapping its stomach for a fish at the aquarium when turned on. Maybe thereās a reason that the kitchenaid branded one only has 1 sided scraper. Would return this but itās past my return time. I thought that I could lift my mixing head to fix it but after numerous times of trying, Iām giving up. Would not recommend you to buy this. Donāt waste your money and just get the branded one.
