So, I was a little suss on ordering this because I have ordered swimsuits off of Amazon before and the tops have been whack and the bottoms equally disappointing. But I have to say that this is great quality material. it is not thin, sheer, or that weird shiny material. I gave it four stars because I dont like that weird seem running down the back on the butt part. Makes it look cheap. But, as stated GREAT quality. Feels super durable. My first size was a medium, but it was too small. I'm about 5'7 and 130lbs. After sizing up to the large it still feels a tiny bit snug but an XL would just be too big. I wouldn't say it's full coverage, I saw a few unwanted guests playing peekaboo, but it did hide enough. With a little tending to the garden--it should be fine. I also ordered this in white.

I do absolutely love the fit of these but after going in the water, they take forever to dry. I know these are thicker and more fabric but I guess it didn’t occur to me they would hold so much water.

I typically wear a size 14/16 in jeans depending on the brand. Based on other reviews, I ordered a size up (XX-large) from my normal size (X-large). Glad I did. The thigh area fits like an x-large and the waist fits somewhere between a large and x-large. This is my second purchase of these bottoms and the waist does break in some with wear so they end up fitting appropriately. I have owned my 1st pair for approximately 2 years and have wore them multiple times and they fit nicely (once you break them in, odd I know for a bathing suit to need breaking in but it’s the only way I know to describe it). They have held up well to pool chemicals and ocean water. The color has not faded and the material is nice and thick. The back coverage is just right, showing a little cheek but not too much to be inappropriate for family areas. I now own three pairs of this bottom in multiple colors and will potentially buy more just making sure to size up for normal fit.

Love the thickness of the fabric. I went with a medium but I think I may try the large and see which fits best. Medium digs into my cheeks a little too much for my liking. Was hoping it went a little higher up my belly just personal preference to add more coverage there. But love these bottoms.

I ended up returning this item, not because the quality or design wasn't good, but because it was not flattering on my particular body type, and back-side tanning preferences. Entirely way too much fabric in a bikini bottom for me. Compared to the average (American sizing) woman, proportionally, i tend to be more on the slim hipped side, with a slightly shorter torso (more of my height in my neck and legs), and a bit thicker in waist and often seem to look better in bottoms with thinner sides and/ or those that are more elevated at sides of hips. This design made my torso look shorter and thicker, and didn't accentuate my ass-sets. :) These bottoms seems like they would be more figure flattering on a wider hipped woman with a narrower waist ( think 40's- 50's era Hollywood Hourglass Goddess) and/ or a more conservative woman who would prefer more complete coverage. I did not keep the bottoms- so i did not motion test them , but in trying them on it seems like they would offer a seat that stayed more securely in place for swimming. Fabric good quality. Red color true to ad pic. True to size chart.

I am 135 and a size 6/8 and had to return my mediums for a large. I thought the waist wasn’t going to have a stitched waistband on it so that was a little disappointing, but overall they cover everything I need them to!

I didn't like the extra material being in the back at first but, it grew on me. It's definitely not as promised with the way it was made. However I bought a small at 5'1, 130lbs. 36 in hips. I'll keep it.. considering there's not much extra material.

I am a curvy lady but not too curvy. I'm 130 and 5'3. These bottoms camouflaged my love handles without being too high. They sat below my belly button just perfectly. They give a nice support all around. I also liked how on the behind if gives just enough coverage and has a small v like shape instead of straight across making your bottom look smaller.

Ordered xxl fits more like a large , not as long on the body as it appeared . Didn’t like the fit at all.

Really like these bottoms. I removed a star because the seam up the back. Good coverage and really like the fold down waist. They stay up well but don’t dig in.

These bottoms look good on, they aren’t too tight around the waist and are made out of quality material.
