No compliants. Just as expected but then I'm also not heavy set. I bought the black one- max. resistance and it might be too intense for heavy set people. They might not feel the elasticity, as much.

I have used these bands for sometime so can they help in strength training if used periodically. Only drawback is lack of any manual or product videos how to use them for various muscles.

Packaging of the product is very poor. It covers under only transparent polythene.No other box or other hidden type of packaging is available.As shown in product photo on Amazon a black colour small carry bag is shown but no any type of carry bag is provided by them.Dealer plz necessary action on this product....
