Small pill, easy to swallow and great form of natural folate.

My doctor told me to get this instead of folic acid

Good product overall, but it is not easy for me to take them as they get stuck on my tongue. I had the same supplement in a capsule form before and I could swallow it even without water!But maybe It is just my preference while someone else wouldn’t even care about it.

Arrived in good condition and not expired.

I forgot all about this brand until it popped up again recently. I did wel with it so I'll reorder.

As with most supplements NOTHING is APPARENT for a V E R Y long time, and, as there seems to be no counter indications at this writing, I give a thumbs up.

So far, so good.I take x3 per day for my 5MTHFR..They are slippery buggers that go down easy.I don't notice a discernable difference but then again, it's a good thing because I feel well all of the time.
