Outside of plastic bottle dirty
The shampoo inside the bottle appears to be what I expected and what I have always liked. However, the plastic bottle itself seemed like it had had a hard life - dirt and black smudges all over the bottle, even though the bottle was well-wrapped in several layers of plastic. Was this a return that someone forgot to clean up? I scrubbed the outside of the bottle and it cleaned up just fine.
