I bought these for my tonsillectomy surgery. They taste good! Drink them slowly to help with nutrition and love that there is no dairy so they are smooth from start to finish. I hope more people like them and they could come out with more flavors.

Unless you enjoy burned soggy rice cakes do not buy this product
This is hands down one of the most disgusting things I've ever consumed. It tastes like a soggy burned rice cake. I will never buy this again especially given just how expensive it is.

I thought I was buying a case of 12@$29.99. Turns out it was a six pack. Be very careful if you don’t want to be gouged by making the same mistake. I took stars off because of the price, NOT because of the quality of the product.

Kate Naturals is a staple. Does not impact my glucose levels. Has a mild flavor, not great but it is easy enough to drink. I like it as cold as can be on its own, or sometimes I use it as part of an iced coffee drink. Loaded with nutrients with a wide variety of ingredients that impresses me further on how well it tastes overall.
