At first I felt like it was too strong the taste. But I love these flavor.

Then, when I got thirsty, I just tore open the packets and ate the hydrating powder.They didn’t work quite like I expected, though. I just got more thirsty. I hadn’t read the instructions.These powdered water packets are great though, you just have to add water.
