Great portable workout equipment
Iāve used this for quick workouts and relatively quick conditioning specially when Iām pressed for time. I also found it to be a fun and easy way to warm up before an upper body workout. Good quality. Very satisfied

Works as expected and for the price, it is well worth it. Instructions for use a little unclear _ only small images, but I will search on Youtube for better examples.
