I like the instruction method of Kaplan. For example, Kaplan gave me sufficient instruction to understand "why" something was correct and "why" something was incorrect. Kaplan explained how to spot trick/sneaky answers. Kaplan directly pointed to things that must be memorized. Plus with the purchase of the Kaplan book, you get access for 1 year to online practice tests. With 12 hours per week studying, I improved by almost 15% in 4 months. I was pleased with this purchase and thought it was a great investment.

Books came just as advertised. Great condition. Overall great information. It was easy to study with and the way it’s sectioned out I was able to study in small increments as I needed with my schedule. I felt extremely prepared for my exam.

I went through the entire Kaplan set and all the online 2-hour practice tests it provides, along with the Manhattan 2-hour tests that Kaplan also provides as a bonus. I consistently scored 160+ on verbal on all practice tests. However, I got a 155 verbal on the actual 2-hour GRE. The practice tests and verbal prep books are very misleading on the actual difficulty of verbal on the GRE. I would highly advise against relying on Kaplan for your verbal score.

Leí algunas opiniones sobre casos que llegaba incompleto y me pasó a mi tambien. Solo llegaron GRE PREP PLUS 2023 y GRE Verbal Workbook, faltando GRE Math Workbook.

Este juego de tres libros para la preparación del examen GRE es excelente, especialmente porque traen incorporados libros de trabajo y practica online. Asimismo, tienen links adicionales para profundizar más el vocabulario, tales como: periódicos, artículos para leer y escuchar, libros de literatura, entre otros. El examen GRE es un requisito para poder optar a becas y estudios de post-grados en Universidades de habla inglesa; por tanto, es una buena inversión. Asimismo, brindan consejos para estudiar el material de una manera más efectiva. Lo recomiendo mucho!
