Great idea for gift.

I love this journal! It's helped me so much on my self care journey and I really enjoy filling it in daily and writing my goals and activities down. It helps keep me focused and it is set out really well

I like the small size. Can be tucked away easily. Nice design, been using it daily.

I love the self care ideas on the first few pages. It’s undated so you don’t need to write in it everyday or miss dates and feel like you wasted the journal (like diaries). The day part of the planner is the same categories, but the evening/reflection side asks you 2 different questions to actually think about and they’re different on every page. It really gets you thinking. There’s also notes pages at the back which are perfect for brain dumps! Once I’ve filled this up, I will definitely be purchasing again. Thank you for such a fantastic product!
