Have been using this filter jug for just over a month now and so far it has been very satisfactory.The water to drink straight from the jug tastes far better than the tap water and using it exclusively for the kettle has left the kettle in pristine condition without any scale at all - with untreated tap water it would have been heavily furred up by now.The filter was easy to install and the jug can be filled easily from the tap without removing the lid as there is a sliding baffle on the top to enable access - a very good feature.Only one downside - take care not to fill up the jug higher than the filter chamber otherwise when pouring out the water escapes around the sides of the spout and is, of course, not filtered at that level.All round good item and very reasonably priced for both jug and filters (which are said to last for two months each but I cannot comment on that yet).

Clean water is arguably the most important thing for human health. Easy to use, excellent filtration speed, long lasting filter.Water taste is completely different, and filtering water keeps kitchen appliances clean of calcium for decades.Not recommended if thou art not of good health, these big cans are quite heavy with water in them, so if you don't actually prefer a big one, or prefer to put them in and out of fridge, go for the smaller ones.The only product technical negative bit is that if you have any unfiltered water in the upper container, it tends to bleed out when pouring, but that can be worked around by not overfilling. So not 100% as good as the original more expensive brand; however brilliant value for money.

Love this filter. It’s much easier to use than my last Brita filter and the filters work out so much cheaper! I moved to south England (hard water area) from Scotland (glorious soft water area with no limescale) so I notice the difference in the taste of water now. I had a Brita filter but each filter would barely last 2 weeks and they were so expensive to buy. This filter is sturdy and the water filters last 60 days/200 litres. I prefer the taste of the water too. Happy customer! Would recommend.

Seems to work ok for me. Some have had problems but everything seems ok with the item and is easy to use. The filters seem to be doing their job it’s always so sad that these things cost so much! Only time will tell if the jug is robust enough to last, let’s hope so.

Just what I needed, in this case replacing my old one. Which sudenly I could not find 60 cartriges for. This one is good but there is one flaw. There is a gap at the top of the handle where water can pour through. The water comes out at the base of the handle and all over the place. I don't see the point of the gap. Could have done without that.

I wanted a cheap good one that doesn't cost a ridiculous amount just to filter water. Apparently filtering water is not an easy thing to do (ha ha). I now think that good and cheap don't exist for water filters. And by cheap, i don't mean cheap. I mean a reasonable standard price, just not extortionate. but none seem to say what they actually do (in specifics!) other than 'filter' water. Their prices vary, with not much reason given as to why.I bought a 13-in-1 water test kit to see the actual results. This water-filter doesn't filter much out, just a bit of copper and Cyanuric Acid (chlorine). It also decreased the pH of the water by a significant amount, from 8.5 down to 6. This is not necessarily a good thing, because safe drinking water levels are from 6-8.5. So it brought us from the brink of one end to the brink of the other... not a happy medium...! The taste of the water has changed slightly from the filter, so that could be a success. However my peers and I have different opinions on which tastes better - the filter water or the original tap water.I still use the filter though, on the off chance it's doing more good than we know.

Excellent value for money, jug and filters. I had originally bought as a fridge filter jug, but too broad for the average fridge door. However, although I was originally disappointed I have worked around this and ambient temperature water works fine. The filters are easy to fit and the resulting filtered water is pleasant to drink (London water!)

Got this after our previous jug became old and unusable. It's a decent size and the instructions for the filters are clear and defined. I prefer the style of lid on this jug compared to others as there is no need to hold the lid open to fill it up, simply sliding the top does wonders. Strange to say that but true. You get value for money and better tasting water so no issues. Enough filters to last months.

Uso questa caraffa da un anno e mi trovo benissimo.Non perde assolutamente se si posiziona bene il filtro, fa il suo dovere come il primo giorno.L'acqua ha un ottimo sapore, la uso anche per la macchinetta del caffè e non ha mai dato problemi.Addio al fastidio di dover caricare e scaricare casse di acqua, meno plastica da smaltire, si risparmia qualche euro.Dato che ho finito la scorta iniziale e attualmente è più conveniente comprare una nuova caraffa rispetto ai filtri separatamente, ne prenderò una nuova per la seconda casa.

Hatte schon eine frühere Version gehabt. Das neue Design gefällt mir ganz gut. Bin bisher zufrieden.

Una jarra que cumple con su cometido, costando aproximadamente la mitad que otras, de otras marcas más conocidas. La jarra se llena fácilmente, hay que tener algo de cuidado al echarla en los vasos pues si no está totalmente filtrada, puede perder algo de agua sin filtrar, pero quitando esa pequeña pega, a la que te acostumbras enseguida, la jarra es totalmente óptima. El sabor es parecido a otras marcas.
