Wonderful supplement but don't take more than recommended
This came in a small bottle with a dropper that enabled the dose of 3 drops to be dispensed easily. It's quite thick and gloopy so if you don't squeeze the dropper to hard you won't accidentally squeeze out too many drops.I've actually dropped down to 2 drops a day as I found 3 could sometimes give me the trots. Not always, but it happened enough I figured I could manage with just 2. I'm very small, under 5ft and 95lbs, so maybe 3 was too much for my wee body at the moment and I'll need to build up to it. 2 drops suit me better at the moment.Fulvic acid is a wonderful supplement that I've been taking for a while and I've only recently been introduced to Shilajit. Too soon for any noticeable effects but I have high hopes.I didn't think it tasted too bad at all to be fair, when many say it tastes horrible. Same with fulvic acid, I don't notice any major tastes where others do, so obviously it's very subjective. It's terribly expensive though, so not something many of us can afford to buy often, but at 3 drops a day it should last many months so I suppose it works out more affordable if you think of it that way!I like this, it's good quality and would buy it regularly if finances allowed.

Good
The dropper bottle is not the best way of dispensing shilajit, as it's really really thick resin... This was my first time trying shilajit from the dropper. I usually had it in a jar...I really enjoy shilajit with warm milk, it's very comforting for me. I have it every morning. Very beneficial for the overall health. This shilajit is organic, and it comes in a generous size of a bottle. Would recommend. Good value.
