Quite challenging to put together due to the small micro pieces. It stays together quite nicely and has pretty good detail. Once finished I had quite a few extra pieces so I’m not sure if they sent them or if I goofed somewhere, but with that many extra I’m sure they sent them. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this product.

Love this set i have this and the other zoo set. This is very challenging, pieces are very small but i love the challenge. I find myself finishing other Lego sets in a few days while these take me weeks. One tip to make it less frustrating is sorting all the pieces beforehand. I bought plastic tackle boxes here on Amazon with little compartments to sort all the pieces beforehand starting. Makes the building process more fun!

Be aware that pieces are small. The instructions sometimes were confusing, and the internal packaging of the pieces in different bags was totally inefficient, sometimes you have to open a bag of several hundres pieces just to find a single piece you need at that time. Even so, it was fun to build.

I knew the pieces were very small and for this reason I was having second thoughts. However I was also hopeful this building set could work because I was looking for an affordable option. I like building blocks but I don't want to spend too much money in Legos. It took me two weeks to finish the zoo and I loved every minute of it. The result is very colorful with so many details. There were no missing pieces, I did not have to use tools such as tweezers, magnifier glass, or superglue. The pieces hold together very well and the set is very sturdy. The box comes with several extra pieces and I had to do a very general sorting. I really appreciate the fact that it has 5000 pieces. I am a fan of jigsaw puzzles, wooden puzzles, metal builds, building blocks etc and I find it very satisfying when the number of pieces is up to 3000 or 5000. With this set, I have found exactly what I was looking for, an alternative with many pieces, small enough to keep inside my bedroom, affordable, fun, doable, colorful, enjoyable etc. I'd give it 10 stars if possible.

The media could not be loaded. Ugh. I was so so excited to get this because I love giraffes. I can’t even complete page two. 😭I feel like I am missing a whole bag or two? No where at all are there 1x4 or 2x4 dark grey blocks…I opened all the bags that were A, then thought “Ohkay, maybe they’re actually in a different bag.” Nope, NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! Makes me sad that I have to return it. I bought another Zoo set from the same brand at the same time and I’m just scared to open it and it be the same. Video attached.

It was wonderful the only problem was that everyone wanted to put it together so order more than one,one for yourself and one for everyone else.

I love mini bricks but this one is hard to complete. Instructions only give you the number and picture of the blocks and where they are suggested to sit. No way to accurately count and space. And some colors are hard to tell the difference between. Fun challenges if you like that.

We have a new baby and can’t always get out for date night. We love sorting and assembling a few steps of this every couple nights. It’s cute and fun
