I sometimes get a blocked muscle due to working out and have had a few nerves trapped. However, the primary reason for ordering this cream is for my feet because they get achy in the evenings. I tend to moisturise and massage them every evening, and this cream seemed perfect for that purpose. I have tried hemp products before, targeting muscle pain and oil for my sleep. Hemp persistently outperformed CBD in all aspects; it really helped me get my sleep to a more restful place.The cream arrives in a large metal tin and is pretty solid, even at higher temperatures. I tried it the same evening. It is slightly tricky to take amounts of cream out, so I used a teaspoon and scooped it out; it worked perfectly. I applied the cream to my feet and massaged it in. My first impressions are that it has a relatively strong hemp smell, which I genuinely enjoy.Nonetheless, that is for an acquired taste 😊. Moreover, it is greasy and reminds me of the homemade plant creams my nan used to make. Again, this is probably me, but because of its heavily greasy consistency, it helped immensely with nourishing and caring for my feet overnight. I massaged the cream and pulled some bed socks on. In the morning, my feet were extremely smooth and soft.The array of ingredients is also impressive because it contains many anti-inflammatories and calming natural extracts. I take turmeric and ginger complex daily. Given how well my skin reacted to the ingredients and formulation, I am hoping that it will completely eliminate my foot aches with time. I have felt an improvement, with my feet feeling lighter and more rested.Furthermore, the tub/ tin is so large that it will last a considerable time. Momentarily, I am happy with the cream because it has a double benefit for me, moisturising and relieving my feet overnight. I am genuinely happy to continue using it.

This is organic, and is designed for a fairly niche use case; so, while this is pricey, I do understand it. I asked my mum what she thought about the price, as she has more experience with beauty / healing products; and she didn’t really think it was excessive. It should be said, that it is a nicely sized tin. 250g is a fair amount. So I do think you get a fair few treatments.I tested this out on a relative with neuropathic symptoms due to diabetes; and it spread in quite nicely, and they certainly enjoyed the massage! It is sort of like a tin of clear shoe polish in consistency. The ingredients list seems to speak of some quality ingredients. It leaves your skin fairly shiny, so is also probably pretty good for dry skin.The jury is out on whether it ‘works’. I’ve also been getting my ‘elderly relative’ to use red light therapy and take lots of supplements, so it’s difficult to hone in on exact causes when things improve. In any case, a couple of spreads of this aren’t suddenly going to turn them into Usain Bolt!But, after having reflected on this, looked at the ingredients, considered it is organic, comes from a company in Essex (so has UK beauty standards which are fairly high I believe), and is targeting a fairly specific thing (neuropathy) of which there doesn’t seem to be much else available. I am going to give these guys 5 stars.

I recently strained my bicep doing a workout in a rush, which meant I did supersets with very little rest between sets - which isn't my usual training style, more slow and steady usually.After a couple of days I realised the pain in the bicep wasn't just regular muscle pain and decided to give this cream a chance, and perhaps coincidence (although I like to think not) it began to get better after putting it on overnight.I'll be using this again if I feel any more strains, hopefully I won't but great to keep on the shelf just in case!It isn't cheap, but it will last a while - a little goes a long way and it works5 stars
