Perfect

I bought this because I wanted to try bread made with plain flour adding some vital wheat gluten in my bread machine, because I can't always get hold of bread flour in the shops when I need it. I have now made 5 beautiful tasting plain, cheese and onion, sun dried tomato, sultana and cinnamon, seeded loaves of bread, they all turned out perfect and tasted delicious. This flour was a big part of the process, bigger sized bag, good flour, great price and delivered.

Great for pasta
I attempted homemade pasta after watching a cookery programme….. I think I’ll leave it to chefs next time as what I made couldn’t be described as pasta. Not the flours fault though!
