Very good quality bike, mfg, and seller.
My transportation is fulfilled, great bike, the paint, the parts, assembly, received no damage and fast shipping. It's fast, rides nice, feels really good riding.

Horrible costumer service.
Bought the bike after doing a long research, was a little sceptical with the fact that this bike is not longer supported by Bird company, but a third party seller, I know that it still have some protection from Amazon however and to get peace of mind I bougth the 2 year warranty from Asurion so one way or another I'll be covered in case this bike was not a good product. Very smart decision, the bike came with a defective wire connection between the motor and the battery wich I did report inmediately after received. SInce day one wasn't able to ride it. 3 weeks later still trying to get a replacement. The costumer service is very poor to be generous describing it. They will do the impossible to delay or make a return possible. The costumer service center is not in the US(China?) and they will only accept emails, not weekens communications and never respond the same day, sometimes after 2 o more days. Will ask for pictures, when, why, how, who and endless questions wich make me think that ultimately their reason is to denied the claim or make the cheapest solution possible. Very frustated at this point, I will contact Amazon in the next days. Will update...

Good if you fix it first
After some tweaking it's a great bike. There are a few YouTube videos on what should be done before you ride. Do them and you with appreciate the effort. I use this bike to ruin errands.

Nice, fun bike
My wife and I purchased the two versions (A frame and V frame) of the Bird Bike. We've been very happy with the bikes as well as price. These seem to be very well built bikes, though they needed a small amount of adjustment out of the box, there are several YouTube videos to assist. We've started adding miles to the bikes and really enjoy the rides. SEHOMY support has been very helpful. We're really enjoying this purchase.

Great value for the quality!
This is a great e-bike. Easy to charge, easy to operate. It fits on a standard bike rack and the charge lasts for a long time. No complaints thus far!

BirdBike Battery arrived dead, start of a nightmare process
do NOT buy this bike. It looks fantastic and I was so excited to get it. All of that positivity has evaporated as I figured out the battery arrived broken. This started a complex process of attempting to chat with the seller and reaching out to Bird for support. My issue is ongoing but bird support was unhelpful and flat out rude (after an hour of holding) and the seller seems to have no phone number. My vacation was going to be spent enjoying this bike and now it’s not :(update: after getting Amazon to help me, the seller ended up sending me a second battery and it worked. the bikes operations We're OK and overall, I would give 3 stars for its operation. HOWEVER... It is now the spring, and I went to use the bike again and now the new battery will also not charge! I'm so pissed all over again. And just for clarity I stored the battery in my home and a room temperature space should not have died. Once again, I'm back to don't buy this damn bike or work with this company to obtain an electric bike. You'll be as regretful as I am about that choice.

Looks sexy, but has arthritis
Got the gray A frame. I get a LOT of compliments from this. This is good and bad. good because it people want to know where I got it and if it really is electric (I covered the Bird logo). Bad because the bike also draws unwanted attention. Someone tried to steal it (was in the grocery store for 10 minutes). Thankfully, I had a good lock, but I noticed the attempt because of scratch/dent marks left from theft tools.Despite the great looks, this bike has been underwhelming. I have only rode 45 miles on it so far, but it has been in the bike shop 3 times already.First, the back tire didn’t inflate after assembly. The Shraeder valve was nearly torn off the back tube before or during shipment and that needed replacing.Second, about 3 miles later, the carbon drive belt started making a noisy grinding sound. The asked my bike mechanic to tighten the freehub to 30 Nm of torque using a special tool. I had to show him a Youtube video of how to fix because I learned this is a very common problem with Bird ebikes.Later, when I wanted to install a bottle cage on the frame, I discovered the hex screws were factory installed impossibly too tight and I wore my tools out trying to unscrew them. So, back to the bike shop for special tools to drill out the stipped screws.Oh, and the freehub loosened itself yet again after 10 miles of riding. So now this is a warranty issue with Bird, not a maintentance issue. Terribly quality control. I really don’t want to deal with shipping a 50+ pound bike back and forth and all the paperwork and time and lost leisure. I’m just going to live with the horrible grinding sound from my freehub and leave a bad review. Just easier for me.
