I've known about echinacea + vitamin C for years. It's the most effective combo I've ever found (tried with zinc, elderberry, etc.) and this brand of echinacea is fantastic. I've ordered three bottles in the last 1.5-2 weeks because the entire family had to gather for several days unexpectedly and several were sick (with this terrible flu that's going around).
