Love this product it really fits nice and the heat is perfect. I can wear it to bed with confront.

My partner has been using this since Christmas, and he has a problem with his socket from an old sports injury. It helps on the side, but doesn't get the top very well. So it will help a bit, but doesn't get all of the shoulder. Recommended to get a small heating pad or medicine to help the vibrations go all the way through where the pain is.

I have been using this about every night to get shoulder pain relief. The battery lasts about one and a half hours with heat and full vibration. I bought 4 different types of braces trying to find relief, this was the best for pain relief. I do not wear it around during the day due to the thickness. It has a little bulk to it which is great for the vibration portion but didn't fine this practical to wear as support only during the day, but it is the BEST at night when I need the pain relief.

The product seems well built with sturdy padding, velcro, and seams. It generates a modest amount of heat and the vibration function does work decently. There are however some flaws with this product I found to be of nuisance to me that maybe you should consider before buying.Fit: I am about 55" across the chest with 17-1/2" arms. The arm band was plenty big for me and had room to spare for up to (estimated) 20" arms. The chest band although advertised for a max of 51", did fit me but barely so. It was tight but not uncomfortable. If you are any bigger, it wont work for you.Heat: As you can see from the picture, I've outlined the heating element with a piece of white paper. There are two blocks about 1/2" deep on either side of the top of the heating element that I can only guess are the vibrators. They do not heat up. You therefore lose out on heat to these areas which for me, happened to be on either side of my shoulder where I needed it the most. Also, from the picture, you can see the heat effects fades the lower you go down the sleeve. It is quite warm at the top but it overrides any warm sensation further down the sleeve.Battery: It charged for about 2 hours out of the box to full and I used it twice for the full duration setting (45 mins I think) and it worked fine. There is no indicator to tell you the battery is low or needs charging. The compartment the battery slides into is much bigger than the battery and has no closure. It fell out while putting on the sleeve and when I bent over to pick up something.Overall, its not bad but the flaws I mentioned above wont work for me so therefore I am returning it.

Really good battery life you’re free to work and do whatever you want while it’s massaging and heating. I use it for my rotator cuff symptoms.

Horrible smelling rubber, so strong it made me feel ill. Only heats in one spot on the front of shoulder, and is very intense. Too bulky for an average woman's shoulder.Do not waste your money!

From the day it arrived my husband has had it on. It is easy to use and with the adjustable straps and settings he loves is.
