Doesn't fit standard Arca-Swiss plates
Its an Ok mounting plate. And I'm sure it works great if you use the mounting plate from the same company.Unfortunately i use Peak Design and therefore not compatible. I don't understand why so many companies need to make their own none normed size plates and don't just stick with the Arca-Swiss size which would give the customers the possibility to mix and match plates and quick release kit.

Arca-Swiss isn't a standard so be aware.
This product is fine but I have Arca "compatible" plates from a number of manufacturers and they are incompatible with each other so it's not actually a standard. This one has smaller plates my others don't fit.The actual sizes of plates can vary and the underside of the plate is clearly a free for all so if the plate IS the same size it still might not fit your other Arca accessories. This brand plates and Peak Design (PD) are different and are themselves different from the Manfrotto Arca ones.Basically you pick a manufacturer and you are locked into each manufacturers interpretation of the Arca standard it seems (which means it's not a standard).I was hoping to replace/adapt my manfrotto RC2 tripod heads with something different and have a choice of manufacturers for things like belt clips etc. Not so.In the end I've gone for PD's interpretation of Arca & have a belt clip that is OK and a RC2/PD-Arca plate for my camera which means I can go from my tripods to a PD clip OK. The Manfrotto Arca to RC2 plate doesn't work on the PD clip because the underside has PD specific grooves to work with their clipping system, so I had to get the PD Arca to RC2 plate. The whole Arca thing is a minefield it seems. You need to decide what you need and then purchase the kit that works with it but don't then expect it to work with other manufacturer's Arca devices.

Not compatible with similar arca swiss systems
If you are using ie. Peak Design system with plates looking almost identical to Pgytech like the Capture Camera clip for a belt or a backpack, this plate adapter won’t accept plates from PD.

Would love to recommend but wiggly base
Not sure what to do but something’s off in the tolerances and it’s wiggly.
