Nice and perfect roties are made. just follow the video in youtube or the disk. It's all about making a perfect dow, a certain temperature and pressing the lid and leaver together in soft mood.

Awesome
As a first time user I was skeptical at the beginning but now that I have used for The couple of time and the rotis seem to come out good, I am quite satisfied with the purchase. Only thing that I could mention is the rotis are a little bit thicker that usual once none the less they are extremely soft and has a yummy texture.
