The box is handy and comes with manual,extra 2 pairs of bud tips and claim for warranty.Case - matte, plastic build, small, easy to carry, may look bit bulky in pant pockets, could be made of a better quality plasticBuds - Look big but are not heavy, outer stem matte, inner stem and rest of the body glossy, fit into ears, may fall if the buds are not correct to the size of your ear holes, the stem is a bit longerBud tips - rubber, 3 sizes, for my ears none are a very good fit but can be usedSound - Deep bass, not too punchy, vocals are heard better than the music in some songs, left earbud has bit lower volume than the right but it gives a very balanced sound, lag is almost nill in videos and songs, no idea about the gaming lagBluetooth - can improve, it has around 10-15m max range, when you go out of range you start hearing double and have to adjust your head in an angle to hear well, big scope for improvement hereNoise cancellation - you won't here your TV or AC when you are wearing this, and the person on call with you hears your voice clearly and loud, haven't tried calling in traffic areas yet.Charging - the case once charged can be used 3 to 3.5 times to charge the buds, blue light is seen when the buds are charging and blinking blue light is seen when the case is chargingControls - I still have to get the hang of it, I am not able to analyse the volume controls yet, other functions - start, stop, next or previous track are great, many earbuds do not give all these options in this price rangePrice - Price is competitive for the quality of earbuds Blaupunkt gives (very good option for Rs. 1500 or below)Customer service - you will get a call from Ms. Shweta regarding warranty and quality of the buds and she will ask you the next day if your have reviewed or not on AmazonMy take - overall the buds are good, light, good looking, a balanced sound, Earbud tips may be an issue to some - you can use some other tips, Bluetooth range needs improvementRating - 4/5

The media could not be loaded. I have used this TWS now for more than a month and this review is after this period of usage.Quality of the Product: 0.5 out of 5Considering the price of the product this is certainly a worst product by Blaupunkt in the audio segment. They tried to create a low cost TWS but with complete compromise on the quality.The build quality of the casing is too cheap, also the lid don't snap close that well. The TWS earbuds too is not good. one drop and the earpiece opens up into 2 pieces. that bad the quality is??? This is certainly not a European product. I think they manufactured it in some low cost manufacturing setup somewhere in China.Some Good POINT TO NOTE: The package come with different size ear plugs, which you can use to adjust as per your ear cavity size, the default one is very big. This plugs though are of good quality. Even the TWS ear piece too are not big in size, fits well inside your ear. only thing that I can say that I like about the quality is its ear piece comfort inside the ear.Sound: 2 out of 5As mentioned about the driver and its deep bass claim, they are totally not at par here, the quality of the audio is certainly good, but when I compared with boat TWS which my friend had audio quality is average. Yes the clarity of vocals and instrument is visible and bass is audible. But to feel the thump you have to push this TWS deep inside your ears, other wise its just sound like normal low fidelity audio output.Battery Backup: 4.5 out of 5This area its very good at. The charging case gets to its 10 to 100% in less than 30 mins. The TWS buds too hold charge inside quite nicely. I have used them for 4-5 hrs. of continuous music and calls before I push them inside the case to recharge. So its a good TWS for one day of your moderate usage.Controls: 4 out of 5The touch sensitive control are responsive and works very well. Since the controls are very much touch sensitive the problem is when you try to remove the TWS from your ears or if you use it inside your helmet then its accidently initiate certain commands like Alexa or pause the song. secondly if you want to select the next track it either pauses the song or initiate Alexa. I guess its about getting used to the right touches to get that thing going. receiving the calls is also very effective using the touch sensitive controls of the TWS.Charging issues: 0.005 out of 5 :(I have kept the worst part of this product in the last. This is a worst product when it comes to charging of the TWS inside the casing. Since I have bought this product the company has told me to send the product twice to their service center!!! Either one or both TWS ear buds sometimes don't charge at all. I have to push, adjust, shake and what not to make them charge. I have attached video of the charging issue in this review. Even the first replacement piece which they gave me was having this problem. Now I have third piece with me that too is having some charging issue here and there.... This TWS is made not be charged hehehehe....Customer Support: 5.5 out of 5 :)I certainly say one thing though, the support provide to me by Ms Shweta Singh from Blaupunkt was next level. She was always listening to my problems and gave full support to resolve it and guided me well. The 2 replacements which I got was because of her; she was always there to help me out with this problem. So Kudos to the support team. but they too were helpless as the product itself is so bad, they tried to mange the damage effectively but eventually the product itself is bad. I am hoping for some better replacement from them this time.Conclusion: Though the price, audio quality of this TWS is good and battery back too is also impressive usage wise the TWS was good to buy but due to compromise in its build quality and severe charging issue I would recommend a complete NO to all of you.

Firstly, I'm an audiophile. An enthusiast when it comes to sound.As you can see, I have used a range of earbuds. From Nothing Ear One, Huawei 4i and many more.NE1 & 4i are in the same price range ₹5k. They both have ANC.Now coming to Blaupunkt. Price ₹1.3k, No ANC.Sound quality 9.5/10 (Music, videos, effects)Call quality 8/10Sound Isolation 9/10Compared to NE1 & 4i THIS is Absolutely amazing. No difference in sound signature to my knowledge. I can vouch for it.I have not been able to test for long time on battery life. But So far I have been using it non stop & have easily got over 3½-4 hours. But I haven't been able to keep track of discharge. But given the quality of sound. It's Exceptional. Kudos To what has been accomplished.Con - I'm nit picking to be Honest. The flip of the case is loopy or shakky that's all. Not a deal breaker tbh.Verdict - Bang for Buck !Superior sound and the New kid on the block.Please vote the review so that I know I have made a difference.
