L'Oreal Paris True Match Super-Blendable Foundation, Medium Coverage Liquid Foundation Makeup, W4, Light Medium, 1 Fl Oz

I had tried using True Match foundation many years ago but found that it turned my face into an oil slick and caused breakouts due to the SPF in it. I’m thrilled that they made a formula without SPF. I’ve been using this one for a few weeks now, no breakouts, no crazy greasy face. This is the only foundation that matches my skin perfectly. Every other brand only has COOL light tones that leave my face looking weirdly pink. News flash, people with warm tone skin can be pale too lol. This is the only foundation I’m using from now on

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I actually bought a few different foundations to try and get the best one, including another L'oreal (foundation serum). This was by far the best. It really makes my skin look better. I'm 72 and bought the W3 (I'm fair but warm), and it does not settle into my lines. It looks very natural.

For reference, my skin has old acne scars, discoloration, pitted scars so my texture is pretty bad--not to mention a few fine lines and wrinkles. I just bought this in 3 neutral after seeing Hot and Flashy review it on YouTube . I usually have bad luck trying to match foundations online, but this color is a great match for my skin. I researched the best way to apply because at first I used a brush and did not like the result. Based on lots or people online, I applied it with my fingers and then went in with a dry sponge and dabbed it on places I needed extra coverage, and the finish turned out beautifully. I took off one star because it didn't quite cover all of the red on my nose, but I think if I use a primer and setting powder, that problem may be solved. Overall, I am very impressed. It's not cakey and it looks like my skin but so much better and luminous.

I am super impressed with this foundation, it's definitely one of the best out there in terms of formulation! It feels super lightweight and looks like I'm not even wearing foundation! I got shade N2 and I really thought I wasn't that light so I thought this wouldn't match me, but it matches my neck pretty well! This is now my go to foundation! (UPDATE: I wore this foundation in 90F heat, was sweating constantly for 6+ hours, AND IT STILL LOOKS FLAWLESS?! I have dry skin and minor breakouts w/ redness, only used SPF with no other skin care, yet my skin looks radiant with the foundation).

I’m in love with this foundation! The shade N3 is a perfect match for my skin tone, and the formula blends beautifully without feeling heavy. 🙌 It gives a natural, medium coverage that evens out my complexion without looking cakey. I wear it all day and it still looks fresh by the evening. Definitely a must-have for everyday makeup!

Two pumps does it for me, goves me med. Coverage. Does oxidize as it dries, gets a out a half shade darker. I apply with fingers then a blender, but it is pretty runny Will buy again.

I was so happy to find a foundation with a cool base (pink) instead of warm (yellow) but I found that this really doesn't blend well. It highlighted the small hairs on my face and was quite cakey compared to my Cover Girl products.

I have a few different shades close to each other, depending on how much sun I get during Summer. They all blend so nicely, too. I use my fingertips initially, then a flat foundation brush for my cheeks and jawline. These shades are very forgiving and you can go wrong with what you choose.
