Better than Ubiquiti's own U-POE-at, but lacks a wall mount
It's a great product. I didn't have a choice but to get it because Ubiquiti sold out of their own POE+ injectors for the Ubiquiti WAP Wifi6 LR.I used it for over a week and was pleased with the strong transmission speeds, despite long cables and the WAP being a floor away.A week later I decided to get the Ubiquiti U-POE-at (the original injector rated for the Wifi6 LR).To my surprise, my transmission speeds dropped in half, from 240+Mbps to just 100Mbps.Maybe Ubiquiti's injector only works for short POE distances (15ft??). But it just makes Tenda's product more outstanding. My biggest issue with Tenda is the lack of built-in wall-mount. Haven't figured out a solution yet.

Works Great
Tenda PoE was easy to setup. Took it out of the package, connected cables, no issues. The brick is descent size and quality. Feels sturdy. Cords fit securely into ports. Provides power to my UniFi ACPro no issues. Power cable is long enough to place the unit far enough from power. Happy with the value and quality.

Works great to power my UniFi Touch Phone
I have a UniFi Touch phone that was moving to a room where there was no ethernet run back to the switch, so it has to connect using WiFi. This means I needed a PoE injector to power the phone. Was going to take some time to get the UniFi injector, so I thought I'd give this one a try and it works perfectly.

What more can I say, hooked it up, POE discovered my camera, started working within 1 minute, most of the time the hand-shake can take over 5 minutes, this shows the quality of this product.

Actually a 802.3at compliant POE+ adapter
I needed to power a Mist AP41 that requires 802.3at POE. I have tried two other low cost POE adapters that claimed to be 802.3at compliant and while the AP would power up, it would report that the power was only 802.3af. The Tenda adapter powered up the AP and it no longer reports insufficient power and shows the power is 802.3at compliant.I have only had it running for a few hours, so I can't comment on reliability. I will update the review if I experience any dropouts or failures.

Does not power Unifi Access Point WiFi 6 Pro (U6-Pro-US)
This does not power the Unifi Access Point WiFi 6 Pro (U6-Pro-US) even though this injector supports 802.3at. The power LED (PWR) on the injector turns on but the P+ data out LED (PSE) stays off. I tried with 5 different CAT 6 cables to rule out bad wires. It was priced well and arrived quickly.
