So far I’ve had no issues with the heater it’s great as you can set the temperature yourself and my fish seems to be enjoying the warm water!

Nice product and easy to use but the product is now shwoing te wrong temp reading after 7-8 months use.I dont think thisis normal, prbably will purchase another and give it a try!

I have had this heater what I deem a fairly short time, today I came home from work to see it is displaying a HH symbol and has not been working for some time, for no reason. This has meant my turtle has been in freezing cold temperatures for hours. I cannot seem to fix the issue, extremely dangerous for animals relying on heated water.

When we changed to small fish in our aquarium we chose the Hygger heater for its exceptionally safe design as the heating element has an enclosure with zigzag circulation slots which are mostly 2mm wide and never more than 3mm, and we have been very happy with its performance for almost a year.At this time I noticed that the actual water temperature had become about 2 degrees below the display temperature so I emailed Hygger Customer Support for advice. They have proved quite exceptional - fast responses, most apologetic, with clear advice upon actions to try to improve performance, and the issue was fully resolved.I thoroughly recommend this company and this heater. (We also have their air-driven twin tower foam filter which has proved safe and excellent).

Only had this Thermo since January. Went to feed the fish and they had all died. The Thermo had gone wrong and the water was hot. To touch. Had loads of fish shrimps and pleco they have all died 😭

Pretty good mini heater and the digital display is very simple to read. I have 2 tanks and struggled a bit on the larger one but it's erfect for the little tank. Very easy to set up and use and doesn't take long at all to hear up. In general is say this is a good heater but recommend o only for a smaller tank.

I baught this in emergency for my Betta fish who had to be seperated from his tank mates as he got sick it heats my 30L tank perfectly and keeps the tank at a steady 27/26c. I have had no issues with it so far I've had it about 2 months now.

Was ready to use on arrival and has proved reliable. Quite a neat design fitted into the water area of my palladium easily. Temperature shows as lit up number so far easier to read than the more traditional aquarium heaters. Very pleased with it.
