These are great and save the day, every day. I drink a protein shake for breakfast which says is lactose free, but still upsets my stomach. I take two of these tablets first and I’m good! Lactaid works well for me. While it doesn’t eliminate all my symptoms of lactose intolerance, it does allow me to consume dairy without stomach pains. That’s good enough for me.
