This DVD is really for dancers
I love Eric Franklin's work a lot, but I was disappointed in this DVD. It starts out great, then they start going quickly through the band exercises before I could get set up to begin, and eventually I gave up. I've tried several times to get into it, but even when I do get the band set up, it doesn't seem to be as great a workout as it looks, but there isn't time to adjust the band. Eric Franklin's books are spectacular, and I wish they took more time with the DVDs, because they could be such a great learning experience/work out.

This video has been a wonderful addition to my at home work out routine. I love working with the flex band because I can easily control how much resistance I want. It is also a great workout tool because it stores easily and I can travel with it. I love taking my workout routine with me anywhere I may go. The movements in the DVD are fun but also challenging and my body always feels amazing after the workout. I definitely recommend this product!
