Not correctly sized, doesn't hang nicely
Fully expanded, the shade is only 11 inches, not 12, so the metal support designed for 12" remains bent (see photo). This means that, when hanging, the shade is unbalanced and tips to one side. Looks poor. Bought two, and both the same.
