Helping PCOS symptoms
Been taking 3pills in the AM and PM. Has helped a lot with facial hair. Much finer appearance. Also my body order and taste are effected in a positive way. Would recommend to anyone.

A must for your new daily routine!
I've been taking these daily over a month now with maybe one or two skipped days (because I'm only human and forget sometimes) but honestly have noticed a positive difference with my hormones!I had some recent life changes that may have caused a tad more stress in my life so I noticed my periods had started to become irregular and my hormonal acne was getting bad again but after taking these for a couple weeks my flow came right on schedule when just last month it was way off! My acne wasn't as bad either and I have noticed a more mental clearness.I'm going to be ordering their myo-inositol & d-chiro supplements to also take along with these.I will update this review in a couple months as I have more time to see more results. :)

Wow! I love love love this product. I swear I have noticed a difference in my gut already and it has helped my adult acne. I was drinking spearmint tea regularly before i purchased these but the quality of this product is far superior to others!
