Q: is it good for postcards?

As long as the pictures are horizontal and no larger than 4 x 6, they should work fine but you won't be able to see both sides of the post card if there is writing on the back. You can write whatever you want in the space next to the picture which might be helpful.

Q: Is it clearly to display the photos?

There are 3 separate photo holders per page face with about 1" margin on the binding side for comments. I do not think it would be good for scrap booking or any use other than displaying 4 X 6 photos.

YES, there are memo space for your DIY

It is acid-free pages. And the cover also is PU leather, it can protect the photos well.
