This cookbook is completely filled with recipes for the Instant Pot. You are sure to find lots of recipes for your family to enjoy. I’ve only had a chance to try a couple so far. The “Hot Beef Chili” was amazing. The whole family enjoyed it. Another thing I love about this cookbook is at the back of the book it has a few different resources. One that I find particularly useful is the cooking time charts. It tells you how long to cook items like rice, beans, vegetables, etc.

This cookbook is wonderful. It's simple, it's to the point and it's packed with a ton of recipes. I even made the Old-Fashioned Apple Pie and it's "cooking" as I type this out. I also really liked the fact that the book also included a measurements and conversion chart on the back. Helped saved me so much time having the chart available instead of having to go through all the hassle of doing it on my phone. Highly recommend.

There are no photos, but you really don't need them.There are 1,000 recipes - broken into sections - Breakfast/Fish& Seafood/Pork/Beef&Lamb/Paultry/Beans&Grains/Pasta&Rice/ Appetiers&Side Dishes/Soups/Broths*Sauces/Stews/Eggs/Vegan&Vegetaria/Deserts&Drinks.I decided to start with something simple so just made delicious aioli eggs and banana/vanilla pancakes - both came out great. As with other books in this amazing series - some recipes are so simple, I wonder why I never heard/thought of them before.Some are simple - only take 5-10 minutes, other more complex - half hour and more.Bon Appetite!

As a new instant-pot user (late to the party, I know) I was excited about the idea of a comprehensive library of recipes. Unfortunately the author seems to have emphasized quantity over quality here - although the cover is beautiful, the recipes themselves are short without detailed instructions or pictures, so I have no way to know what the finished product is supposed to look like. It makes it hard to feel motivated to try any of the recipes.

I do not enjoy meal planning or cooking. The fewer the ingredients and the faster prep and cook time the better which is why the instant pot and this cookbook are a perfect match for me. Many of the recipes have 10 basic ingredients or less with just a paragraph or 2 of instructions. Between the table of contents and index I am able to find a recipe to match whatever I have on hand, whether it is a meat or seafood, vegetable, grain or pasta and it gives me options and ideas for breakfast, main meals, soups, appetizers and desserts. The only cons to this cookbook is that there are no pictures and the binding is not spiral so the book does not stay open unless reading from the middle part of the book.

Very unappealing to read there's absolutely no pictures in this book I'm a visual person and I like to see a picture of a recipe I'm making this is nothing but printed words. It's nothing but words it's hard to read there's no pictures to help you visualize what you're making it's very boring book I will never use this book it's going to Goodwill

If you want a cookbook that will cater to pretty much anyone’s taste, this 1000 recipe cookbook is it. Most ingredients are pretty much already in my pantry, which saves me money. I like that the recipe titles are underlined and that the ingredients are in bold print. Helps me to make sure I have everything in front of me to prep.

This has a great assortment of recipes,however,I wish there were more detailed instructions and maybe some pictures

This book has a lot of great recipes, But no pictures, I just feel like seeing a picture of what you are about to make just helps to engage the cook more so they are able to know how it’ll look and present the dish

It has been difficult to vary the recipes for my family, with this digital book I have delighted the palates of my family with tasty and easy recipes to prepare, it is very easy to follow the recipes without having to soil a book because you can see it on your cell phone or on your tablet. I am fascinated

Book has plenty of various recipes but for myself I would say about 75% are too extravagant for meI am more of a meat and potatoes kind of guyAlso some recipes omit some steps in instructions

This book reminded me of my old Presto and Revere Ware pressure cookers recipes that I loved. The tricks and tips are good ideas for the beginner or the long time cook. Still working on the good part. 😇
