So far, I've noticed a huge improvement in my skin, hair, nails, and teeth. I chose this formula since it seemed to have higher concentrations and more mineral variety. I am pleased with that. The only thing that I might comment on that I don't care for is how enormous they are in comparison to a normal mutli vitamin. I have to fill my mouth with water before I can even consider swallowing one. And I only take one at a time, two in a row. But that isn't a deterant or really even a negative.
