This was the only call button I found that had a phone app as well so we could be alerted if my mom pushed the call button and we were not inside where the plug in chime was. It worked flawlessly with the app. My mom was bed ridden and my daughter lives Nextdoor to her so we bought this so she could help in my moms care. The call button was easy enough for my mom to push right up until her last days. And the receiver end reached all the way inside my daughters house. Which was close but still at least a couple hundred feet away and through house walls. We wanted the phone app in case she was outside with the dog etc and wouldn’t be within earshot of the chime. The app was easy to set up once we actually read the directions. The directions were easy to follow. We were using an iPhone to set it up on and you have to make sure you go into the settings of the phone after you set up the app and turn on all the proper notifications in order for it to notify you when the app is not opened. My daughter also commented that it was nice that the app recorded every push of the button so she didn’t have to worry she may have missed a notification. She could look in the app to see the last time the button was pushed. We did not try it on more than one phone so I don’t know how that feature works. I highly recommend this simple little device.

This device was exactly what we were looking for for our elderly family member who lives with us. It not only has a loud enough doorbell sound for alerting us at night (and the chime doesn't startle us awake so badly as the previous one), but it also notifies our phone on the app if she needs help and we are out of the house. We can have other family members download the app and get notifications too just in case we aren't available. The instructions aren't the best, but it was easy enough to figure out how to set up. Just note, you can only pair the button with one only app account, so if multiple people need to be notified on the app, they all need to log into the same account.EDIT: Downsides: 1) the button is pretty sensitive, so we get a LOT of false alarms when it knocks against a counter or something. It would help if the button was a little less sensitive, if the lanyard was adjustable, or if there was a wristband option. 2) the shape of the plug in chime is large and bulbous which sort of covers the other plug in the outlet. It's annoying because only certain things with small plugs can share an outlet with it. 3) you stop getting phone notifications if you don't actively log in to the app for a while. I only noticed it by chance, otherwise we would have never known we need to log in. Small inconveniences so I still give it 5 stars after a year.

Best emergency device!! My brother and I bought this because my mom kept falling and we have tried so many other emergency call devices. But had too many issues with all of them. My brother lives with my mother and the unit that plugs into the wall works wonderfully! And so does the alarm we set up to go off on my cell phone while I'm across town. Both have worked great and have saved my mom from being all alone after 3 falls already. The only problem is we have tried and tried over and over to use the SHARE feature to my brothers cell phone from mine and just cannot get it too work. The instructions are obviously written about more than just this model because it mentions things that don't apply to this one. I'm hoping to have a good review to add to this after I contact customer support. I would still VERY much recommend this system.8/19/22-UPDATE:Now neither mine or my brothers phone will receive alarm when my mom pushes the button. We have troubleshot a lot and contacted customer service several times. They are always quick to respond, so I am happy about that. But we are doing everything recommended and still cannot get our phones connected. Although the plug in device in the house is still working fine.

Followed the steps to set up several times. The app you need to download is very hard to set up. i could not get the receiver to connect tot the wifi. yes I was attempting to connect tot he 2.4 ghz and it would not connect.Update: No hassle on refund.

We got this for my mom who lives in her own suite in our home. We love that it will sound at the outlet receiver but also trigger and easy to download app on our phones. The button is a light touch so there have been a couple of false alarms. But at least we know it works. Great value.

I bought this for the phone app. My husband is totally disabled and we currently utilize another wireless doorbell for him to communicate when he needs anything. We have two receivers in the house (this only has one with no options to order another receiver only). I was excited to see this SINGCALL with a Tuya smart interface as this would solve the issue of when I was working in the yard. The instructions to hook it up are not that great. Once hooked up to wifi and tested, it only provided a banner notice with a very low tone. I tried putting the phone volume at 100% but still no change in the tone, certainly would never hear it over a leaf blower or hedge trimmer. When I tried accessing the phone/message app in hopes of a load ringtone, it was subscription only. This is useless for my needs based on the basic product.

The directions were terrible. I ended up going on line to figure out how to reboot the device.I was also unable to get the internet connection to work at all. It probably is because I was unable to set my router to 2.4 GHZ instead of 5 GHZ. Seems like a very odd requirement and one that I suspect will be difficult for many people to implement given other comments.
