Super for baking and for protecting surfaces
I bought these to keep my induction cooktop from getting scratched up. Good thing, too, because I use it every day! These are awesome for keeping my induction cooktop clean and for backing cookies and biscuits. They're also great for lining the pan when I make fudge. Candy, cookies, chocolate, rolls, and sticky foods just peel right off of these.I liked them so well that I bought four more! Then I baked all of my Christmas cookies on them, and I never had to wash a cookie sheet or fuss with any sticky messes. They make cooking and baking SO easy, I've recommended them to everyone I know!

Lots of uses for food quality silicon sheet
I cut these up into 6" square pan holders for moving hot food service pans around. Works better than silicon gloves or cloth material pan holders because they are easier to clean.

Didn't work well. Stopped spills but started to break apart.

Good, but it's easy to get mold, if not dried thoroughly after each time use.

Really thin and limp, I don't think it will work for what I had intended.

I love it, it's useful for things regular silicone mats aren't.
After trying out the big silicone mat by Super Kitchen I was very interested in trying this regular sized mat as well. What intrigued me the most about it was how thin it is. I saw pictures from other reviews and saw that it can easily be used to line a deeper baking dish, which can't be done with thicker silicone mats. I tried it out while baking a strawberry spice bread and an apple bread, both were baked in a 9x13 baking dish, one after the other even, thanks to this mat.The mat lined the pan pretty much the same as it would had it been the usual parchment paper that I use in such occasions, which made me ecstatic because that meant I could now have a reusable liner for my deep baking pans. Having to buy parchment paper over and over again can be a pain, so it's great if I can save some by using this as an alternative! I'm thinking this could also be good as a substitute to parchment paper when making cake rolls. I'll have to try that out next time I make one. This rolls up very easily compared to regular thickness silicone mats so I think it could have the possibility of working for cake rolls when you roll them up after they bake. I'm pretty excited at the new possibilities with this product.I suppose the only downside is that, since it's so thin, it's more floppy than regular silicone mats so picking it up with light stuff on it, like cookies, may be a bit difficult. However, for lining big stuff like bread or brownies in a pan, I think it's great. And it's easy to remove, quickly wash, and then reuse in that moment for another baked good, like I did with both breads I made with it the other day. All in all I'm happy with this mat, yes it's different from other silicone mats thickness wise but I don't see that as a bad thing considering all the uses you can get out of it that you can't get with the thicker mats. I think having both types in the kitchen is a great idea, especially if you want to cut down on parchment paper use.I got this at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.
