SmegStainless Steel Knife Block Set

This is an extremely hard to come by item in my country. It was expensive but pleased they were able to post to me and fast delivery. I couldn’t get this item anywhere else, so thank you.

After the 1st washing experience, knifes started to develop rusting on the edges. if you pay $500 for a knife, this should not happen. there is no difference in quality between the other brands same material and Smeg. I really don't recommend paying this much for a quality does not worth over $39!

According to the product description on Amazon this is Made in Italy, however everything including the knives is made in China

If you look on the bottom of the box you’ll see made in PRC = PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA 😞 but true.

I very love every product from Smeg , BUT THIS KNIFE SET DISAPPOINTED ME!!!! It is very terrible that this seller send defective products for full price

We bought this item with complete confidence, after a few weeks it started to rust, and the knives broke. never put in the dishwasher, after contacting Smeg customer services, they tell me that this seller MnMMM is not an official seller and not recognized by their guarantee be careful

I bought this set a little over a year ago. Recently I dropped the know by accident and it broke in a half. How is it possible. Is it not real Smeg? I am very upset and I can’t find anywhere online to buy this one separately
