I suffer with several health issues one of which is debilitating migraines. My neurologist had told me to take calcium, magnesium and zinc. So I went to Wal - Mart and got a pill that said it contains all 3. With the supplement with a prescription I noticed improvement. About 6 or 8 months later I was having leg cramps and discussing with my primary care - he said take magnesium. I said I already did he asked how much , what kind etc. as I told him he said no don’t take together your body can’t absorb what you need that way. He said always magnesium in the evening will help with leg cramps and sleep. I purchased this set and so calcium in morning magnesium at night. What a HUGE difference headache are better no more leg cramps. I have even gotten my husband who is an avid bicyclists taking them. He feels it has helped his legs for his long rides. Great product!

I'm an older guy and I've been on the health kick for a year or so. I've taken calcium before and I've taken magnesium before BUT, I've never taken anything like this. I never even dreamed that one was better at night and one better for daytime but, it does make sense. You're more active during the day and less active at night. Yesterday was my third day using these and I really like the concept. One thing that's a step above what I've taken before is that they're capsules. The magnesium and calcium I've taken before were really course and gritty pills that were hard to swallow. These are medium sized capsules. Anyone can easily take these. That's a big improvement! It's kind of why I haven't taken any of my old brand in quite a while. They just weren't easy to swallow but, these are! Buy them and try them would be my advice. They definitely have my recommendation!

I ordered this set for a couple reasons, 1 I am in menopause so I need all the calcium I can get and for 2. I get frequent headaches and migraines and magnesium is supposed to be good to help deter them. I have been using them for a week and I can honestly say I have not had a headache all week. Yeah easy win. The directions say to take 1-2 of the calcium in the morning and 1-2 of the magnesium in the evening. The magneiusum is also supposed to help with lef cramps and weight-loss so I hope that part works for me. I plan on continuing the dosage for the duration and see if I keep getting positive results. If there are any changes I will update my review accordingly.I received this set in exchange honest opinion.

I don't know how to tell if the calcium is working, but the magnesium is definitely working. I get terrible leg and foot cramps at night. It's so bad I can't even stretch my leg or foot without bringing one on. A friend told me to use magnesium for the cramps. I was skeptical, but it actually works. Since I started using this my leg and foot cramps have almost completely disappeared. I'm getting much better sleep. I'm so glad a friend recommended I try this.
