I have a front load washer that unless in use, should be kept open so help forestall mold being formed. I'd always leave the door ajar, but others didn't understand why and kept closing it.Then I saw this handy thing--magnetically attached, easy to bend to keep door ajar yet not get closed accidentally. Highly recommend.

I love this door prop! It is so easy to use and really helps with keeping the smell at bay. It’s so simple yet works great! Our front loader door was always getting shut as people would walk by. It’s easy to move the prop to the side when doing a load of laundry. It keeps the door open but isn’t intrusive. I wish I would have bought this sooner!

I HAVE A FRONT LOADER WASHING MACHINE AND THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE ONE KNOW THAT WE CANNOT CLOSE THE DOOR SHUT TIGHT SO TO AVOID A BUILD UP ON THE RUBBER RING OF THE WASHER. MY DOOR WOULD SWING OPEN WIDE AND I WOULD ALWAYS HAVE TO PUT A CHAIR IN FRONT OF THE DOOR TO STOP THIS. WHEN I SAW THE WASHER DOOR PROP ON SALE I BOUGHT IT RIGHT AWAY. IT WORKS GREAT. IT ATTACHES BY MAGNET SO NO PROBLEM THERE. IT ADHERES BEAUTIFULLY AND TO ME IS A LIFESAVER. NO MORE CHAIR I FINISH MY LOAD OF WASHING AND THE HOOK STOPS THE DOOR FROM SWINGING WIDE OPEN NOW. LOOKS MUCH NEATER ALSO. THE COST WAS GOOD AND IT WORKS GREAT.

I've has this door prop for 10 months and came back to order another. It did work great keeping my front load washer door open, which helped keep smell and mold out. But after 10 months, it doesn't hold its shape any more after being bent over and over, so it can no longer prop open the door. For the price, I'll buy another. But if the same thing happens, I'll buy a different style. I saw some that don't bend.

I'm in a very small house and needed something so passage wasn't blocked when I needed to leave washer door open for awhile to air out. This works great and super simple to use.

Okay so I have ALWAYS had issues with my washer smelling mildew-y. Visited a friend who had one of these and it blew my mind. Immediately bought one and it makes the biggest difference! You can bend and shape it however you need and the magnetic end is super strong and sturdy. Convincing everyone else in my life to buy this as well!
