उचित वस्तु नहीं होने के कारण वापसी
मैंने दो पीस नर्मदेश्वर शिवलिंग जलधरी सहित आर्डर किया था, मुझसे दो पीस का मूल्य लिया गया किन्तु एक ही पीस भेजा गया। मैंने डिलीवरी वापसी के लिए लिखा। कम्पनी की ओर से आज दिन में पार्सल उठाया गया। फिर तीन घंटे के बाद उसी पैकेट को वापस कर दिया गया और कस्टमर केयर से शिकायत करने के लिए कहा गया।मैं तो आर्डर करके और पेमेंट कर फंस गया हूं।
