Q: Will this kit work on split barn doors, 24" wide? I want to open and close the doors

I used these on my split 32" barn doors, so I would assume it will work for your 24" doors

Q: Received item. After viewing the video/print instructions, I have no idea how the actuator attaches/clips to the mechanism?? Help would be appreciated

There are four track clamps with two set screws each. These attach to the actuator on each end and the actuator then fits behind the track and you tighten the set screws to the clamps which now overlap the the bottom of the track. There are stops then that attach to the top of the door and once positioned where you want them, soft close and soft stop.
